How we choose
A new place is a real job.We check three things on each side before we say yes.
For a marketplace: can a seller authorise our app on the marketplace's own page, can the app receive each buyer message as it arrives, and can it reply as the shop?
For a helpdesk: can an app open a conversation for each buyer thread, find out when an agent replies, and keep each buyer attached to their conversation?
If the answer to any of these is no, we say so, rather than ship half of it.
