    TikTok Shop buyer messages arrive in Intercom as conversations, and replies go back to the buyer as your shop. Everything else is on the roadmap with its status.

    • AddedConnect a TikTok Shop on TikTok's own authorisation screen, as many shops as you run.
    • AddedWorkspaces: group your shops and choose which Intercom workspace each one feeds.
    • AddedMessages both ways between TikTok Shop and Intercom, sent back as your shop.
    • AddedA public roadmap. Next: orders beside every conversation, the deadline queue, and approve, decline and refund.
